At the end of a small valley, in the heart of this touristic village mainly built in the lovely local pyrenean stone, the restaurant is open all year around and is reputed for its gastronomie, which can be enjoyed on the local slate terrace.

You enter the bar (20m²), which has a cosy, warm feeling provided by the open fireplace, the tables and chairs scattered to welcome holiday makers into this peaceful room. The door behind the counter leads into the large commercial kitchen (57m²), fitted with thought to hygeine and safety, and fully functional, with access to the restaurant. The public enter the restaurant via the doorway of the former house, and the entrance porch offers protection from the winter cold and also leads to two rooms, equally welcoming, each approximately the same size, 43m².

A wooden staircase leads to the first floor, just above the restaurant rooms. A door opens on to a landing, which serves 5 bedrooms from 7m² to 19m², then a small room in the eaves of 4m², and a wc. The whole of this floor needs restoration.

Going back to the main terrace, just opposite, there is an enormous room (120m²) which could serve as a function room. At the end are the public lavatories 2 wcs plus another for the handicapped. To the rear is a large building (70m²) which houses the old wcs, and is used for storage, but could be converted for other use.

The property was built in 1900, and renovated in 1975, the function room and the house are cob flint, the roofs in slate and everite, the joinery is wood. There is a septic tank.

The property is situated 5 minutes from Lourdes and from its airport, 15 mins from Tarbes and the motorway, 1 hour from Pau (Ryanair), 1 hour from Spain and 30 mins from the lower ski slopes, 1hr 15mins from Biarritz and the Atlantic beach resorts, 1hr 30mins from Toulouse (Easyjet, Flybe, BMIBaby) and 2hrs 45mins from the Mediterranean.
