A new residential housing project has been launched in what is perhaps the most romantic in the Lithuanian capital. Taurakalnio namai is the place where the new collides with the old. State-of-the-art technologies, high-quality materials, modern apartments, and a sweeping panorama of the city opening from terraces - all these things meet every modern person's anticipations. However, the home environment and it's aura, which is reminiscent of historical legends, creates new cultural visions, and gives a feeling of fullness to the life in this place, are not less important.
The building is distinguished by its interesting architectural design: its core consists of three storeys and two-storey additions with original arched roofs is built on the top of it. One will be able to admire the views of the city and green trees through large plate glass windows overlooking all isdes, depending on the chosen apartment. A great number of balconies are projected in this building, whereas those settle into the annexes can enjoy luxurious roof terraces. Residents of the semi-basement floor will have closed inner yards.
An integrated security system is installed in the building. Main entrance doors will be controlles by remote readers, and this system is inegrated with the security alarm system. Video surveillance cameras is installed around the entire perimeter of the building and its mani halls and underground parking lots.
